The Oregon branch facility began its life as an old filling station. Rochelle Savings and Loan bought the property and converted it into a branch. Blackhawk then bought Rochelle Savings Bank and then First National in 2004. The drive-up only had two lanes and no ATM. Two more lanes were added and the ATM lane.
