Adults under 65 will receive a $30 quadrivalent vaccine and those 65 and over can get a $65 high-dose vaccine. Pay by cash, check, or credit card and you can use your receipt for reimbursement from your insurance carrier. If you are covered by Medicare Part B or a Medicare HMO accepted by FHN, there will be no out-of- pocket charge (please present Medicare card").
